These terms cover the work we do and the use of this website. Paso Plumbing is a locally owned plumbing company operating out of 617 S Virginia St, El Paso, Texas. When you book a job with us, call us, text us or use pasoplumbing.com, you are agreeing to what is written below. If something here does not sit right with you, call us at (915) 200-8525 and we will talk it through before any work starts.

Who We Are And What We Do

We provide residential and commercial plumbing services across El Paso and the surrounding areas, including the Westside, Central, the Eastside, Far East El Paso, the Northeast, Horizon City and Socorro. That work includes drain cleaning, leak detection, water heater repair and replacement, toilet and faucet work, sewer lines, pipe repair, garbage disposals and emergency call-outs. We only take on work that a licensed plumber can lawfully perform in the State of Texas.

Estimates And Pricing

Any figure we give you before we have seen the job is an estimate, not a fixed quote. Real pipes are behind real walls, and once we open things up the scope can change. If the price is going to move, we stop and tell you before we carry on. Nothing gets billed that you have not agreed to. Prices quoted are valid for thirty days unless we say otherwise in writing.

Scheduling, Arrival Windows And Cancellations

We book arrival windows rather than exact minutes, because emergency calls and traffic across town are real. We will keep you posted if we are running late. If you need to cancel or move an appointment, let us know as early as you can so we can give the slot to someone else. For jobs that require ordered parts or specialist equipment, a cancellation after the parts have been purchased may leave you responsible for the cost of those parts.

Access To The Property

To do the job we need safe, clear access to the work area, and someone aged eighteen or over to authorise the work. Please move valuables and secure pets before we arrive. We treat homes with respect, but we cannot be held responsible for pre-existing damage, for items left in the work area, or for conditions that were hidden from view before we started.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of the work unless we have agreed different terms in writing. We accept the payment methods listed on your invoice. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not store card numbers. Unpaid balances may be subject to a late fee and, where necessary, referral for collection. Parts and materials remain our property until the invoice has been paid in full.

Warranty On Our Work

We stand behind our workmanship. The warranty period for labour is stated on your invoice for the specific job performed. Parts and fixtures carry whatever warranty the manufacturer provides, and we will pass that through to you. A warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, freezing, tree roots, ground movement, work later carried out by someone else, or normal wear on an ageing system we advised should be replaced.

What We Cannot Promise

Plumbing systems are connected to older pipes, city mains and structures we did not build. We cannot guarantee that a repair in one place will prevent a failure somewhere else in an old system, and we cannot guarantee that a drain will stay clear forever. To the fullest extent allowed by Texas law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the job in question, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Use Of This Website

The text, photographs, logos and layout on pasoplumbing.com belong to Paso Plumbing and may not be copied or republished without our permission. You may of course share links to our pages. Please do not attempt to interfere with the site, submit false booking requests, scrape it or use it for anything unlawful.

Information On This Site Is General Advice

Our articles and service pages are written to help homeowners understand what is going on with their plumbing. They are general information, not a diagnosis of your particular system. Do not rely on a blog post in place of having a licensed plumber look at the problem, and never attempt gas work yourself.

Forms, Calls And Texts

When you submit a form or call us, you are agreeing that we may contact you back about your enquiry by phone, text or email. We use your details to do the job, not to sell you things you did not ask about. How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Links

Some pages link out to manufacturers, review platforms, maps or city resources. Those sites are run by other people. We link to them because they are useful, not because we control what they publish.

Changes To These Terms

We may update this page as our services or the law change. The date at the top will always tell you when it was last revised, and the version in force is the one published here on the day your work is booked.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of El Paso County, Texas. Before it ever gets that far, please call us — most things are sorted out with one honest conversation.
